    Yes a willow … we’d have to see the whole tree and a picture of the bark on the trunk to attempt an ID of which one. There’s a lot of salix. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    It was difficult to get a picture it's behind a fence,lots of 'stuff," grown front of it, but happy with willow, thanks
