Rasberry plants healthy or not?

We planted these a few months ago they mostly seem ok, I have removed all of the weeds and grass from around the bottom of them. So they look a bit better than the pics here. But is it normal for the top leaves to be wilted like this?
I think they are called heritage raspberries?
If anyone has any tips let me know! Thanks 😊
