Lonicera Japonica brown leaves

https://ibb.co/CBz3Bmb

Leaves are turning brown and falling off, what could be the issue. I do water it once a week.

Hi @alphaPvDxT6-E  and welcome to the forum 😊

Is it planted in the ground?  If so give it two buckets of water every other day, even if it rains. Pour the water over the roof area slowly so that it soaks in rather than running off the surface.
Keep repeating until mid September . Start again in early March.

If it’s planted in a pot, then it needs to be taken out and planted in well prepared ground with organic matter dug in, in a shady spot and water as above.

I’m afraid Lonicera japonica grows into a large plant … up to 10m tall x 4m wide … it’ll never be happy in a pot on a balcony … you won’t be able to provide it with the conditions it needs.
