What is this ‘weed’ growing beside my fence please?

  Most would call it a weed Copperdog with very deep tap roots.  It has medicinal uses and the fruit/seed was apparently a delicacy for Victorian school children hence it's common name 'cheesecakes' same family as okra I believe.
