Lawn problems

Good evening 
I weed & feed my lawn every autumn but this year it is full of yellow trefoil & clover & looks terrible. Has anyone any advise on how the get rid of these weeds & improve my lawn.

    I would use a selective liquid lawn weedkiller, water it on, you are less likely to burn the grass that way. Feed separately with a good balanced lawn food or even just something like Blood Fish & Bonemeal. From August onwards a watering of seaweed, feed every 2-3 weeks till the end of September -mid October will help green it and more importantly toughen up for the winter.
