Please could someone guide me through if I can replant this bush as the main stem broke off, see the pictures attached?

Oh dear, I'm so sorry but there's nothing you can salvage there other than put the flowers in a vase ... the 'bush' part has been grafted onto the top of that main stem so anything that grows from the root which remains in the ground will be from the different type of rose used as a rootstock, and there is no hope of that stem making roots if you tried to plant it.  Sad, but those are the facts I'm afraid.

I would cut the flowers and put them in a vase and enjoy them, and then dig up the root and treat yourself to a new rose bush.  Don't plant in exactly the same place as there's a risk of a condition called 'rose replant disease'.
