Is this a weed?

Hi there,  this has popped up in my garden. The size of the flowers are very small so could this be a weed?

    Yes. One of the willowherbs. It'll seed everywhere.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
