What's wrong with my rose

Only bought last year and was doing really well I belive it got wind burn when we have all that strong wind a little while ago but it just doesn't look very happy. What can I do to help boost it up again

If there are any leaves fallen onto the compost, pick them up and dispose of them. There are various treatments (sprays) for black spot, both organic and non organic.
I would also give it a feed, again you can buy specialist rose food, but l use either tomato or seaweed feed.

Perhaps give it some seaweed feed as a general tonic, either as a foliar feed or at the roots, but I would otherwise lay off the fertiliser, including tomato feed, until it’s recovered a bit. I feel that feeding a sick plant is kind of like forcing an ill child to eat rich foods when all they need and want is plenty of fluids and maybe a bit of soup!
Another tip is, when deadheading spent blooms, prune them back to just above a good set of 5 leaves, which will encourage new leafy shoots from that pruning point, rather than just snipping off the flower blooms at the top.
