Buxus Bush Help?

Hi,
I’ve recently acquired two boxus bush plants (from my parents) which were otherwise happy and healthy.
I’ve replanted them in two large pots (previously they were planted in the ground). The one appears to be happy and healthy with new growth visible whilst the other has steadily turned darker yellow and the leaves are now feeling quite crisp. They’ve both been well watered so unsure why the one appears to be dying.
Any advice, help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as I’ve be devastated to see it die.
