Our back garden backs onto an unmade road. We have a wall with iron railing on top that is approx 1.5m. But the garden is much higher than the road. And within 1m of the fence it the ground level is 60cm higher than the fence.
I want to put in some concrete permanent seating, with a little planting area along the back of the seats, on this higher bit. Is there a limit for how close to the wall, or how high it can be?
