Replanting Eucomis bulbs

Hi 🙂 i planted eucomis bulbs in pots as i had no room for them in the garden at the time. The are starting to come up.  Would it ok to move them into the garden?

    Yes  :)
    Anything potted can be planted at any time of year apart from when ground is frozen or waterlogged. I'm guessing that you don't have that problem  ;)
    Nice free draining soil for them in a sunny position. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    People say don't plant them to too deep, but we have planted them both deeply and just below the surface, and they have always been fine.  The point that @Fairygirl
    mentioned about drainage and sunshine is more important.

    I like them, especially the dark ones, but I'd need to overwinter them in the greenhouse. They don't survive here outside. 
    When I've had them in the past, I don't remember doing anything specific re the depth either @KeenOnGreen. I probably didn't know any better!
