Identify plant

I grow several trees in pots. About 3 months ago I discovered a very small shoot that didn't look anything like the shoots from the trees. I potted it and grew it indoors. It shot up very quickly despite being in the ordinary small pot. It is now 66cm. It grew from an almond shaped seed which is still visible on the surface of the pot. Any ideas what this plant may be? Thank you.
