Black bugs

Dear All,

I have a lot of black bugs on my dahlias and clematis. Can anyone please tell me what they are and how to treat them?

    Aphids aka blackfly. Wash them off with a string jet of water from a hosepipe. 😊

    They are probably aphids. Best to wash them off with a hose.
