Can I devide this Achillea now before planting in the ground?

  Hi there, as it's about to flower I wouldn't divide it now, wait until autumn or early spring.  The shock of being divided now will divert the plant's energy from flowering into recovery and the flowers will suffer.  Hope this helps. (It's a nice healthy specimen!)
