What are they and how to safe my rose?

    Look like aphids to me. You can blast them off with a hole or use soapy water.

    Hiya, having some aphids on your roses is fine - they are fairly normal part of the garden, and in smaller numbers are not harmful. If they become very high in number you can use the solutions above as well as encourage their natural predators like hover flies and lady birds, by growing flowers to encourage these predators, also plants like nasturtiums which distract the aphids as they like these.     Hang fat balls near your roses. The blue tits will come for them and take the aphids as well.
