Hi. Have just joined this group. Can anyone help identify this houseplant? I have another which is ceiling height. Thanks in advance.

Thankyou! I did consider this but most say they have stripy leaves which mine hasn't...likely this is maybe a different version of dragon tree.

Absolutely, same plant minus the variegation.
