Is that photo taken at RHS Wisley at the bottom of Battleston Hill? If so, I'm 99% sure it's Toona sinensis 'Flamingo'. Unmistakeable pink colouration to the leaves as they emerge.
I've just been given one of these, a baby from a friend's garden. Only 3' high at the mo but it had the bright pink foliage so I'm looking forward to watching it grow.
