    That’s a shame @Ilikeplants  😞 I had great germination in a little heated windowsill propagator … but it was a new pack of seeds. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    That’s life isn’t it @Dovefromabove - think they were free or cost pennies but never got round to using them earlier. In gardening seasons this easily becomes years before you know it. New seeds are definitely a better chance.

    I find coleus is a game of patience, seeds take ages to germinate and even longer to go from the tiniest of seedlings to a stage where you can prick out. Waiting another few weeks to see chat colour will show from the third or fourth sets of leaves, then they go nuts! Strange plants but worth the effort if you have the right place for them.
    Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.
