    These peonies are funny, I think your capturing over such a short time really explains it.

    The plant was bought two years ago as a tiny cutting, was sitting all this time in a small pot, braving the scorching Surrey sun 😄 and the “freezing” winters here (has never been taken inside). Last autumn I just stuck it into a large pot where my tree lilies grow, and this summer - there was the first (and only) flower. 

    I will plant it later on into an individual pot and hope for more colourful flowers 😅
