Froglets Dieing in my pond

All was good yesterday but today I noticed 3 froglets floating dead in the pond.
I add some bread and cucumber slices for the snails and the tadpoles used to eat it as well
There was a slight brown froth on the surface today but no bubbles coming up
There is nothing I feel I can do .
? Any ideas friends

If you wish to create a Wildlife Pond, you don't need to add the likes of Bread and Cucumber . The pond will find its natural balance without too much assistance - just give it time
