Can anyone please identify this plant taking over a potted rose, and offer any advice to control it?

    Mainly Chickweed? Must’ve got into the compost somehow ... did you mulch with homemade compost perhaps? Not a problem, just annoying ... all you can do is keep pulling it out. 😊
