Any idea what this plant is? I thought it was a weed, but has a lovely flower.

    One of the annual poppies, probably opium.   Lovely glaucous foliage and many colours.   Ours attract lots of pollinators but aren't as double as yours tho the same rich salmony pink.    

    They self seed happily or yo can try and save seed if you let them ripen.
    Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.
