Super marmande tomatoes - should I keep all the flowers on a truss?

in Fruit & veg
Hi experienced gardeners -
I'm trying to grow a beefsteak variety of tomato for the first time this year. The plants are doing okay, and most now have flowers. The variety is called 'super marmande' - and is a bush variety apparently, and on each set of a flowers there's one large flower and several smaller flowers. I've never seen this before on other varieties.
Should I keep all the flowers? I'm aware that sometimes for larger varieties maybe you should remove some so there's more chance of them ripening in time? Is that correct?
I tried so search online but found nothing conclusive.
If I'm right, approx how many flowers should you keep per truss? And if anyone has any other tips if you've tried to grow these that would be appreciated.
Cheers!
