Blueberry dying (by the look of it)

I have a blueberry bought last year - variety Earli-blue, which was going like gangbusters but seems to have very recently wilted (last week or two) almost as if it had been in a frost.
It is in a group of blueberries and the others have not been affected, including the Bluecrop one which was bought, repotted and managed identically.
The whole group is set up on the same rainwater feed from the same water butt. They all have slit polythene in the bottom to keep them moist. Possible causes:
1 - Something has washed off the roof into the water butt. There seems to be something. The only thing I did was use some contact weedkiller on a clump of grass in the gutter 2 back in March or so. Obvs I have now drained it off and switched to a non-connected one for now to be sure.
2 - Squirrels digging up roots. Pot does seem very disturbed. I think this is most likely as a neighbour is having squirrel-in-loft problems.
3 - Overwatering? But the similar Bluecrop is fine so far.
4 - Underwatering?
5 - Any other suggestions?
Thanks for any help.
(Sorry - some piccies have come out sideways)

I don't know if that's a possibility
Ps - have a look at the roots and compare with the healthy one

Would wine weevils have survived our long, cold spring?
(But that says throw it. Now.)
