Anyone grown chilli pepper "Razzamatazz" ?

I have several of these grown from seed and at the moment they're in 3 inch pots.
Can anyone advise which size pot they should end up in ? I can't seem to find any information. I know they're suitable for growing in pots on the patio and also apparently on a kitchen windowsill, so that's quite a difference in pot size. I'm planning to grow them in the greenhouse. 
Any advice gratefully received  :)

    @AnniD I'm growing them for the first time this year. The plants seem to be quite short compared to other common varieties - the tallest among my plants is only about 20 cms tall and has flower buds on them.  The link below states that the plants are 45 cms tall.

    I think that's what's confused me, they seem such small plants compared to other chillies l've grown.
