Strawberry tree dying or infected?

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently moved into a property and since moving in, the strawberry tree seems to be dying? I’ve fed it some dried seaweed and watered it after a dry spell but can’t seem to get a definitive answer online as to what to do or what is happening.
