When to prune my Red Robin.

Hi,could anyone tell me if I should prune my Red Robin,straight after it has finished flowering.Many thanks in advance.

    Pruning straight after flowering is the best time. That way, you will not lose flowering next month.
  • Thank you borderline,I’ve never pruned it before,I had it given to me about 7 years ago when it was a 3ft bush,now it’s getting too big for my small front garden.

    Their maximum height is usually around 6-7 feet, so they won't grow into huge trees. They can also take some harsher pruning if you need to do that.
