WICKER HANGING BASKET

wicker hanging baskets which has a hole in it and covered with plastic lining. Does the lining need to pierced to allow for drainage or can I use it as it is?

    I always pierce the lining in several places  :)

    Don’t make the holes in the bottom of the liner, make them about 3 to 4” up, that way they'll hold some water.
