Book recommendation for a gift for someone with their first garden

Hello, I would like to buy my friend a nice general gardening book - she has been a keen container/windowsill gardener in her flat but will soon be moving to a house with a small garden. The book will be part of her 50th birthday present so ideally I would like it to look a bit special. Any recommendations?

I don’t have it but it looks pretty good on Amazon, not sure if it will be special enough — the RHS Small Garden Handbook: Making the Most of Your Outdoor Space (hardcover)

Alan Titchmarsh's How to be a Gardener, if you can still get it. One of the best books for a new gardener (and not so new!) that I've ever read.

If your friend likes colourful planting I like Sarah Raven's Bold and Brilliant Garden. I leaf through it often. It's a colour inspiration, more than a "how to" guide.  There are lots of second hand copies available if new is too expensive.

Some great ideas, thank you. Trying to resist buying them for myself too!

Making a Garden by Carol Klein, or her Life in a Cottage Garden, would be my recommendation for general inspiration peppered with practical advice.
