Apologies if it isn't clear enough but can anyone ID this? It's in youngest's garden and she'd like me to propagate it.

Rhododendron.
Should have added - you can layer them to get new plants, if you can find a suitable stem near the base
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Rhododendron. Best way to take cuttings is by layering it, taking a side shoot and pegging it down and letting it root while still attached to the parent plant.
