Plant identification in hedge

Hi all, newbie here...any ideas what this is growing in my hedge. Recently trimmed hedge and this is thriving. Looks like two different types as growing out of the same stems.

It (larger leaves) could be White Bryony:

The other looks like it could be symphoricarpos (Snowberry), very invasive.

Thanks Bob but never get any flowers or berries on them, only ever leaves

Whether or not you’ve seen the flowers or berries, I agree with @BobTheGardener ... that looks like White Bryony.
