Conifer Damage - Help needed

Hi Guys,
First time member of the forum & first post !
I'm after some help identifying some damage to my Goldcrest Conifers please & wondering if it's anything to be concerned about or if treatment is required.
They seem to be dying / browning from the top downwards, I do see traces of cobwebs so I'm wondering if this is Spider Mite and if so can anyone recommend any treatment please?
They were planted 2 years ago now and it just seems to be the odd few that are effected.
