Bugs that look exactly like carpet beetles.

I have a leucanthemum I know it's a black fly magnet but it's also covered in what looks like carpet beetles. The black variety and the herringbone colour as well. They have a hard body and seem to be attracted to white. They are on a nearby white antirrhinum as well.
Can anyone identify them?

In case anyone is interested, they are carpet beetles. I hope they don't get in the house😕
The adults fly out the window and feed on pollen.

I hope they've gone off to where they should be. Old nests apparently. I'm really suspicious of any little fly in the house now.

I've had an invasion of case-bearing clothes moths here this year. They're one of the harmful species for clothes and fabrics so not good news. I found out that they seem to have come from a small pile of owl pellets that I'd collected and forgotten about though. Don't tell the OH  :#
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

I found a load of those when I put a slightly damp arm into the sleeve of a dressing gown I hadn't worn for a while. Another shower was deemed necessary as a matter of urgency.😧 @wild edges
