Buddjelia in a pot?

Hello Gardeners.  I would like recommendations for a bee and butterfly loving bush to grown in a two foot square pot.  Preferrably evergreen.   Would a dwarf buddjelia be good. Thank you.   Barbarax

Bees would love a shrubby salvia like Royal Bumble. It flowers from May to the frosts. and can stay green if the winter is mild.

My next door neighbour has a buddjelia in a pot and it does ok but there might be more interesting options out there....

There are patio versions of Buddleia which will grow in pots. I think they're under the name 'Buzz'.
None are evergreen but most buddleias hold foliage till late in the year.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
