We've got its prettier cousin, the Water Avens, growing around our wildlife pond and  that's spreading slowly ... but since we had some tree-work done last year Wood Avens has appeared in the same patch ... maybe the tree men had some seeds in their boots or trouser turnups or wherever ... anyway, I have to watch carefully as I want to keep the Water Avens and pull up the Wood Avens  :/

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

The "thug" Wood Avens is now living elsewhere for now as it has been evicted, problem now solved, will keep an eye out for it in the future.

Thanks to everyone for your comments, have a great day.

It should be dead elsewhere if you really want the problem solved.😉
