Honeysuckle sticky aphids

Infestation of these aphids, the sparrows and blue tits are trying their best but losing the battle. What can I spray without harming the birds?

    Try mixing water fairy liquid (or similar) and vinegar ,in a spray bottle , make it quite diluted in the water ie. about a teaspoon of soap and vinegar to the sprayer of water .That should do it

    I just spray with a jet of water from the hose. Washes the aphids off and doesn’t harm the ladybirds and lacewings.
