Cordydline

I have a cordyline in a good quality compost with potting grit. The tips are turning yellow /brown, it receives plenty of sunshine, I believe I might have watered it too much, even though the compost feels dry to touch. Can you please help.

    Hello Andy. can you give any more information? Is the plant indoors or outside? How big is it and how big is the pot? Is it exposed to chilly wind or sheltered? Do you water from above or stand the pot in water - if you water it and the compost feels dry, the water may not be penetrating the compost.
