Weeds

I am new to gardening and have several rather pretty flowering plants that I think might be weeds. I’m looking to identify them can anyone suggest best app/article to use.
Im happy to leave them provided they don’t overrun garden or destroy other plants and become a problem. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Show us some photos and someone here will ID them for you 😊

If they are pretty and flowering and please you, you could leave them alone until they begin to set seed.
That will be the time to remove the seed heads and bin or let ripen and grow on.  If you don't like them and feel they are likely to become invasive, you can remove the plant at that time.
Not many plants actually "destroy" other plants as such but can still become a problem by overwhelming smaller more delicate plants particularly in the average garden.
As @Dovefromabove says - photos of the plants will help with the ID and then you can make your mind up as to how you deal with them.
