Mould coming out from the drainage holes of terracotta pots

Hi everyone!
Today I moved some of my terracotta pots (in which I'm growing dahlias and gladiolus) and discovered that there is mould coming out from the drainage holes. The plants seem happy but I am afraid it will spread to the tubers/bulbs. It might be because I used coffee filters to cover the holes when planting them... Any advice?
