Are these mushrooms harmful in any way, I've just found them around the  bushes at the front of my house

    I don't know that particular variety but if it has any red dots or if you cut it in the middle and you see any shade of blue it usually means that its poisonous

    Possibly Agrocybe Praecox - Spring field cap. Not harmful to plants or humans. Ignore any myths about the appearance of poisonous mushrooms, the most deadly are very bland looking.

    This post is old but what Elfer is saying is not factual.
    I wish I could garden all year round!
