Just wondering if anyone knows what this plant is called in my parents back garden. They moved in about 6 months ago

    Sorbaria sorbifolia...can get a but vigorous.

    The leaves look broad for Sorbaria Sorbifolia.

    If it is not woody inside, it might be Aruncus Dioicus, Goat's Beard.

    Looks like my Goats Beard but mine hasn’t any flower buds yet,  but then everything’s later here. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    They were just hoping it flowers as its got quite big
