    Was just about to buy this then noticed its £17 delivery. Is it just for me or does anyone else this delivery price?

    Yes, £17.80 delivery. The seller is in Germany so it's international shipping, maybe with customs fees.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    Interesting that Hozelock don't seem to be so good. I've had to repair 3 times my 1.25L hand sprayer as the O rings perish or seize up so the plastic trigger isn't strong enough to dislodge them to release the contents. I'd say avoid Hozelock but I'm looking for a decent replacement? Sincere apologies to the OP if I've hijacked his (or her) thread.
