    Woundwort only smells if you crush the leaves, there’s no aroma from the flowers or not that I’ve noticed. The flowers are lovely and it’s very popular with bees. I let it grow and just have the occasional blitz to control it.

    I have it in one or two places and it causes me no problems. I was delighted when I first found it, as it meant my wild garden approach was working, and though I have (re?)introduced some plants, many others have popped up of their own accord over the years. All lamiums are popular with bees and other insects, so the more the merrier for me :)

    Sounds good but the ones I pulled up did have some good old runners on them so I think it would be a battle for me.! The stems were square like with mints and lemon balm but the smell was a whole other story.
