If the blade is spinning, is it sharp and correctly adjusted? Is the grass reasonably short or overgrown? If it's long, is it getting pushed down flat below the level of the blade?
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
I have the same cordless mower and can't praise it enough. If you are using it for the first time or just recently I can only think that the height of the grass setting is too high for the length of the grass you are trying to cut. If you have had it for some time and obviously aware of the setting I can only suggest that you look through the manual to see if they suggest reasons why it isn't cutting and what the answer to your problem is. If you don't have one I'm sure you will be able to download from Google.
