Planting out French beans

I have some dwarf French bean seedlings growing in pots on the windowsill that are ready to be planted out. They’ll be going into a mini-polytunnel that I have built over a raised bed. Do I need to harden them off for a few days before planting, or will they be ok to go directly from the house into the semi-protected environment of the polytunnel?
Thanks

I would harden them off for a week.
