Can I move potatoes?

New to growing potatoes.
I've planted main crop potatoes, but after finally playing catch up with GWTV I've realised that they way too close together. Some have leaves starting to appear, some do not. Can I move them?

    If leaves are starting to appear then it is probably too late. I wouldn't worry though, you will still get a crop. Do the usual earthing up then leave them until the tops have fully died down before harvesting.
