Dwarf willow tree

Our dwarf willow, planted a couple of months ago, has developed yellow leaves. Please can anyone advise me what I should do to prevent further spread. Thank you

    Willows are usually pretty resilient but do require a lot of water.
    Perhaps if you describe how it is planted and whether as a young tree, you have provided sufficient water may help.
    April was extremely dry in most parts of the UK so that could be the problem.

    Phillipasmith2....Thank you. It is planted directly in the ground but base is covered with shingle to prevent it drying out.We did water it regularly in April and it has had a lot of rain in May it’s poured nearly everyday here
