Is this a wildflower or a weed please?

Hi this little plant is flowering all over my lawn edges - do I need to control it? Any thoughts as to what it is?

    Germander speedwell. Whether you control it or not is up to you, they aren't hard to pull out. They are the prettiest of the wild speedwells and have plenty of garden relatives :)

    I’ve just spent an afternoon digging it out, the roots travel along under ground so it had to be dug. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
