Oriental Lilies
in Plants
Hello!
I’ve been trying to find the answer online but to no avail so I thought you knowledgeable folk may help!
I have some Oriental lilies that I grew from bulbs in large pots and planters a few years ago.

I have some Oriental lilies that I grew from bulbs in large pots and planters a few years ago.
Each year I get fewer thick sturdy flower stems and more little floppy small shoots that don’t produce flowers.
They are top dressed and have a general feed.
Should I be removing the weak leaf stems? Does it need repotting or a different fertiliser? Is it just what happens?
Any advice gratefully received!
Thanks!

After a few years the performance of Lilies in pots will decline, and they should be re-potted.
