Wilting rose

I have a beautiful Roe 'Spanish Beauty' given as a gift 3 years ago, i decide to move it lasy year as it wasn't doing so well in the position i planted it. It has taken well, new growth, and looked healthy until today the 5inch tip on the main branch is wilting,The remainder is strong. No sign of affids, we had plenty of rain here i North Wales. what would be the reason for this please? I have watered it and given it a feed today. Hope this was correct thing to do

Consider and rule out some of these: watering problems (too little if the soil is dry or too much if you water when the soil is still moist or soggy), transplant sock if you have disturbed the roots somehow, temperature changes, aphid infestation, cane borer infestation or fungal diseases that cause wilting (look for stem canker symptoms in the stems; look for verticillium wilt symptoms like yellowing of leaves near the bottom of the plant).

Luis-pr,Thank you for your advice. As we here in Wales UK have had  so much rain during May, i  didn't think that was the problem, but i did water with a rose feed. Today thankfully it has perked up and we had a beautiful sunny day at 21 degrees f.Hopefully our summer has started,at last

We have had an unusually wet year since April too! But, I am not complaining as otherwise, our temperatures would be a tad higher and hot. Enjoy the rose blooms. Mine have been few as most days have been cloudy or cloudy-rainy (only 4 sunny days since the beginning of April).

luis-pr, thank you.I am pleased to report the limp stem has improved so i assume it was either hungry or thirsty.Relieved to say the least. As i moved it last autumn, i am not expecting it to bloom this year, if it  does it will be a bonus, I look forward to that moment. I do have other roses to enjoy though.
